What is HACKING

Hacking is termed as getting access(without knowing the actual owner) to a website or others computer or their accounts.Hacking is an illegal act.Hackers may take your usernames and password...more than that they may take your Credit-card secret numbers without knowing you.They may take control of your PC, Webcam, and other devices connected to your computer.There are software helping to hack.

Key-logging is more simplest technique.The viruses (malicious programs) send the keystrokes you made to the hacker via Email or to account in any hosting site (which is made by the hacker (FTP service)).

Phishing : Sending email to users and the email direct to a Website which ask to provide username, password, credit card numbers etc personal info.
or some email show fake logging pages which look like a login page of any website (Facebook/GMail/YMail...) having Username and password typing column etc and if you provide that it will be shifted to the sender (usually a Hacker).

How to send .exe files via email

Some of the email service providers like GMail etc will not allow to send .exe (executable) files for security reason. In order to send such files, you just change the format to .rar and send it.GMail can't scan .rar files.But sometime they reject sending .rar if you are converted big virus.
You can use Winrar to change to .rar.It is easy to use.

How to protect your accounts from Getting Hacked

Question is simple, but answer is just take precautions.thats all.and these will not be the exact.

1      Choosing a password : While choosing password, don't forget to give capital and small letters, give numbers between and give special characters.For example choose '0' instead of 'O' give $ instead of 'S' etc.These make your password stronger.Don't give names or phone numbers etc as password.But more over, the password you chosen should be memorable by you. Give password which have no relation to you.

2       Hack attempt : If you understand that there is a hack attempt on any of your account (Gmail, ymail, facebook etc accounts ) change the password immediately.

3       Account Recovery : Provide a trustable recovery account if they asked.Give powerful security questions (better ask yourself if possible and).better choose a question which unknown to all.

4      Choose Different password : It is recommended that choose different password for each account.That means if have GMail account and if you use that for your Facebook account...it is advised that chose a different password for Facebook account.It is to because if anybody got your gmail account password, they'll try it on Facebook also and vise versa.

5      E-mail attacks : The hacker can send you files(viruses) as e-mail attachments.Eventhough email service providers will scan for viruses...sometime they can't detect .rar files....so there is a possibility that the hacker convert it to .rar format and send to you.So it is advised that don't download anything as e-mail attachment except from you trust the most.Eventhough there is another threat that if somebody hacked into your friends account and he can send to viruses...So after downloading any files from e-mail scan it using a good antivirus.

6      Beware we are helpless : Sometimes there chance of get hacked (cheated is very high).There is a lot of ways to send you that file and you unknowingly run it.So it is advised that don't run the files you downloaded from internet by looking its Icon, Format, and name. Because it is possible to create a Binded file.Binding enables to bind to or more files and then you get a .exe file.If you choose a virus along with binding...and send to someone...and if  he just open it...all the executable files get opened and active.In this way if anybody send ...you'll get cheated.We may open to just check what software it was, but at the same time the virus also spread if attached.

7      Fooled : We got a lot of mails everyday from a lot of websites.They also utilize it to promote their products.But don't download the e-mail attachment from such advertising emails because it may be a fake email with their name.They may say "its your free copy of software please claim our gift...just download and extract"...like that.Or they will say our email is selected to give a free copy of a software etc.It is rcommended not to download and don't get fooled.

8      Fake login page : Now a days one of the successful hacking trick is creating fake login page and send via email.It look like almost the exact the login page of servicer (GMail, Facebook or yahoo etc).and if you give your password with username....Its all finished...these data will send to Hacker who provide the email.
